Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a DeviceHire account or using our widget, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ and own (or be authorized to monetize) the website you submit. One account per person. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

• No bots, automated visits, click farms, or incentive traffic.
• No adult, illegal, malware, or policy-violating content.
• No tampering with the Pulse Key widget or verification flow.
• Submitting an incorrect Pulse Key 3 times triggers cooldown; 5 warnings lead to suspension.

4. Payments & Premium

Wallet top-ups and Premium subscriptions are processed via Paystack in Nigerian Naira (₦). Premium is billed per period (weekly ₦800 or monthly ₦2,500). You may cancel auto-renew anytime; access continues until period end. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Third-party ad networks

Adsterra, Monetag, and AdSense (when available) are third-party services governed by their own terms. DeviceHire does not handle, hold, or pay your ad-network earnings.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Unused wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion if the account is terminated for non-violation reasons.

7. Disclaimer

Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee earnings, matches, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of changes.
